At New Beginnings Essex County, we believe that every child and young person deserves the tools, resources, and opportunities to achieve their best outcomes. Since the early 1970s, we have been a trusted provider of integrated, community-based services supporting children, youth, and families across Windsor-Essex. Our work spans a wide range of sectors, including youth justice, mental health, education, and employment, delivering a wide continuum of services including individual counselling, family support, alternative education, prevention, and outreach.

New Beginnings

Led by an engaged Board of Directors and powered by over 40 dedicated staff, we operate from two main offices and multiple satellite locations throughout the region. Our team works collaboratively with schools, service providers, and community organizations to provide timely, barrier-free services that make a difference.
