Windsor Essex Child and Parent Place < Back to All Programs
The Windsor Essex Child and Parent Place (WECAPP)   funded by the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services (MCCSS), helps to ease the tension of access arrangements for children whose families are in transition. This can include separation or divorce.  The Child and Parent Place offers a neutral, safe and child focused environment where access visits and exchanges can take place. All visits and exchanges occur under the supervision of trained staff and volunteers. The service is available in Windsor and Leamington (satellite location).

How to Refer:
Each party is responsible to self-refer by contacting the program. Once both parties have contacted the Program Manager we will set up separate intake meetings.  The Program Manager is available to meet with clients by appointment only. Please call to refer Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Fees:
Both parties are responsible for the cost of their child using the program. Fees are based on a sliding scale which is always made affordable.  The fee amount is decided at intake with the Program Manager.
